Daleel is a vendor directory and AI-powered concierge service that helps users in Kuwait discover and connect with local service providers — including doctors, restaurants, salons, garages, and more.

Daleel acts as an informational intermediary. We do not directly provide medical, legal, financial, or any other professional services. We are not a healthcare provider, legal firm, or professional services company.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Daleel. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the App.

Daleel provides:

• A searchable directory of vendors and service providers in Kuwait.
• AI-powered recommendations and guidance to help you find the right service.
• Direct contact options (WhatsApp and phone) to connect you with vendors.
• Tools to save and organize your favorite vendors.

Always consult a licensed professional for decisions affecting your health, legal rights, or financial wellbeing. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Vendor listings on Daleel are sourced from the vendors themselves and from publicly available information. We do not independently verify all vendor claims regarding qualifications, licensing, pricing, or service quality.

Daleel is not liable or responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or outcome of any service provided by a vendor.
• The accuracy of vendor-supplied information (hours, pricing, credentials).
• Disputes between you and any vendor.
• Any harm, loss, or damage arising from interactions with vendors found through Daleel.
• AI recommendations that prove inaccurate or unsuitable for your specific situation.

Your interactions with vendors are solely between you and the vendor. We encourage you to verify credentials and exercise your own judgment.

Daleel uses artificial intelligence to power its search and recommendation features. You acknowledge that:

• AI recommendations are generated based on available data and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date.
• AI outputs are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
• You should independently verify important information before acting on AI suggestions.
• We continuously work to improve AI accuracy but cannot guarantee error-free results.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to manipulate, scrape, or reverse-engineer the App or its AI systems.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the App in a way that disrupts or overloads our systems.

Daleel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, or remove any vendor listing, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Conduct that harms other users, vendors, or the Daleel platform.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App.

All content, branding, design, software, and technology in the Daleel App — including the Daleel name, logo, and AI systems — are owned by or licensed to Daleel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Any information provided through the App is accurate, complete, or current.
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daleel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daleel and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App or any services or vendors discovered through it.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the three months preceding the claim (which, as the App is free, means zero).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
